Everyone wants a cool, unique wardrobe that fits their personality. Urban Printcess tee shirts have you covered. Each shirt is a one-of-a-kind piece of art! There is nothing digital or automated about this old-school process. I roll the ink onto a manhole cover, press the shirt onto the cover and peel it off. Voila! Then I lay the shirts out to dry for a couple days, heat set them and send them to you!
Local art, local artist
I’m Sheri and these are my shirts. I’m a native Dallasite and a graphic designer most of the time (who am I kidding — all the time!), but sometimes I like to ditch my Mac and make real-world stuff with my hands; getting ink on myself is just a bonus. I love the graphic nature and variety of manhole covers so I’ve graduated from photographing them to printing them on my clothes. It’s a little more fun this way.
What’s in store?
I keep a few popular colors and sizes in stock. Then every now and then, I do a special print run of new art and take pre-orders for those. This lets you pick shirt colors and sizes I don’t normally stock. The store is currently stocked with CITY OF DALLAS and WATER METER ladies and mens/unisex shirts in medium and large, 4 colors of each. Go see!
